I don’t know where it is, But someday I hope I find it. It’s a place called, The In-Between
Here I am who I am, And who I want to be. The exact place where my past and future intersect, Producing the perfect present.
Here I get to stand still And feel alive and loved. Here people don’t judge, And kindness trumps cruelty.
Here things make sense, And life is easier. Here it’s okay to not know everything, And just enjoy the journey.
That’s the beauty of this planet - Somehow among the plains and mountains, There is a place for everyone. And in that place, I hope to find my in-between.
